A pair of new front speakers and a subwoofer is one of the most common aftermarket audio upgrades. The link500.4mini is the perfect amplifier for this application. When used in 3-channel mode, the amplifier can produce 125 watts x 2 for the main speakers and 250 watts x 1 for the subwoofer, so it won’t lack for power. Speaking of the subwoofer, channels 3/4 have a 1-band PEQ, a subsonic filter and the ability to add an RLC to fine tune the subwoofers performance. The link500.4mini has Wavtech’s link4 built-in, with internal loading and the ability to handle up to 40V of hi-level input. It also has fully adjustable high and low pass crossovers. For factory audio systems where no full-range signal is present, the link500.4mini has built-in summing, so it can handle that internally, without the need for an outboard processor.
